This would include:

•  A landscape design statement (where required)
•  A detailed quantified layout and plant schedule listing species, sizes, densities and numbers.
•  Specification summary,outlining the main specification requirements.
•  Ecological requirement summary, where required, based on an ecological report.                                  
• Consultation with planners (when required)

Landscape Master Plans

Landscape master plans, an example is shown above, would allow for:



• A site survey, recording existing features, vegetation etc.
• Assessment of views into and from the site.
• A landscape design statement with site description, proposals, objectives and solutions.
• Proposals for protection of existing features.
• Planting schedule proposals outling planting groups with examples of species and sizes.
